The best piece of music…

…you haven’t heard before. 🙂

I’m not sure why this gem has been neglected during the last years. This “Baroque” composition (that actually sounds Romantic) by Tomaso Antonio Vitali (1663 – 1745) (according to Wikipedia it’s probably by somebody else) is surely one of the most emotive violin showpieces ever. I discovered it long ago thanks to my Philosophy teacher Juan Carlos Mansur. Enjoy this wonderful interpretation by Sarah Chang!
